MARJORIE DERVEN

Marjorie has nearly three decades of experience in training, organizational development and research. She has worked as a senior level practitioner at Fortune 500 companies such as Chase Manhattan Bank and General Re as well as a consultant with organizations including the Forum, a leading training company, Performance Systems Group, and Advantis Research & Consulting, prior to establishing her own company, HUDSON Research & Consulting, Inc. (see www.hudsonrc.com) in 2001.

Her focus is helping organizations align internal capabilities and systems (such as training, metrics, onboarding, performance management and competency model design) to address and exceed the expectations of the external customer. Her clients include: BARD, Pepsi-Cola, Pfizer, Sanofi-Aventis, NRG Energy, Sullivan and Cromwell, Medifacts International.

STACY RIDGE

Stacy has been working in the OD field for the last 15 years.  As an internal consultant, Stacy was attracted to AMN Healthcare (www.amnhealthcare.com) to pioneer their corporate training department in 2001.  As the Senior Director of Organizational Development, Stacy has led the creation of AMN's award-winning team member development programs and human capital management systems.  Headquartered in San Diego with offices in the United States and internationally, AMN Healthcare recruits and places nurses, physicians and allied healthcare professionals in temporary or permanent assignments in acute care facilities across the country.  With over 7,000 professionals working nationwide, AMN Healthcare is the nation's largest travel healthcare staffing organization with 2006 revenues of over $1B. 

Prior to AMN Healthcare, Ms. Ridge spent a decade with Jenny Craig International where she held a variety of training and development roles as well as served as the Director of Field Training & Operations until 2001.
